SegFlow AI creates preliminary cost segregation reports using AI and user-provided data. These reports are estimates and intended for review by qualified tax professionals.

3. Use of Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. By uploading data, you grant SegFlow AI a license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your reports.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR LEGAL SUITABILITY OF THE REPORTS GENERATED. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL OUTPUTS WITH A QUALIFIED CPA OR TAX ATTORNEY.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SegFlow AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including tax penalties or interest.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
