Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of acceptable conduct when using the SegFlow AI platform operated by SegFlow AI LLC. All users must comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Uses

The Service is designed for use by qualified tax professionals for:

• Estimating cost segregation outcomes for commercial and residential properties
• Generating preliminary analyses to inform professional cost segregation engagements
• Supporting client consultations with AI-assisted property analysis
• Internal research and training purposes within your professional practice

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Submit false, fabricated, or misleading property data
• Misrepresent AI Outputs as certified cost segregation studies, engineering reports, or IRS-compliant documentation without proper professional review and disclosure
• Engage in any activity that violates federal, state, or local tax laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without prior written consent
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access your account
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or AI Outputs for commercial gain without authorization
• Use the Service for any purpose unrelated to cost segregation or real estate tax analysis

4. Data Integrity

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data you provide to the Service. Submitting intentionally false or misleading data may result in immediate account termination and may constitute a violation of applicable laws.

5. Security

You agree to:

• Use strong, unique passwords for your account
• Enable multi-factor authentication when available
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Not share API keys or access tokens with unauthorized parties

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion. We may also report violations to appropriate authorities if required by law.
